I spent a good chunk of my childhood flipping and twirling as a competitive gymnast for over a decade. Gymnastics was more than a sport to me; it was a passion that fueled my drive and taught me invaluable lessons in discipline and perseverance. After college, I transitioned into coaching gymnastics, spending five rewarding years guiding young athletes towards their dreams.

Wanting to make a career for myself while still working with kids, I dove into the world of education and spent four years as a second-grade teacher. Those years taught me patience, empathy, and the profound value of investing in others' growth. Teaching was truly a tough balancing act, which pushed me to adapt and innovate constantly.

Life has a funny way of nudging us towards unexpected paths. Despite my love for teaching and coaching, I found myself spread thin, giving so much more time and energy to my job than to my husband and son.

That's when I made a bold decision to leap into full-time entrepreneurship! I dove headfirst into a mentorship program, learning from the best in the business, and immersing myself in the dynamic world of marketing. From there, Sierra Rae Jaimes Ads Management was born – my own online marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses thrive in the digital landscape.
